My Dream Lashes – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with My Dream Lashes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied to your service total (if applicable).
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the full service fee may still apply.
- Late arrivals are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered after 5 days from the original appointment date.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify My Dream Lashes within 5 days so we can assess and offer a possible adjustment at our discretion.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Service Adjustments
- Any adjustments must be requested within 5 days of the appointment.
- Adjustments are void if lashes show signs of improper aftercare, excessive picking, or exposure to oil, steam, or water within the first 24–48 hours.
Aftercare Responsibility
- Proper lash aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
- My Dream Lashes is not responsible for poor retention due to incorrect aftercare, natural lash shedding, medications, or lifestyle factors.
Fills & Maintenance
- Lash fills are based on time since last appointment and lash retention.
- Fills from work done by another artist may be charged as a full set or corrective service.
Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, eye infections, or sensitivities prior to service.
- My Dream Lashes reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Children & Guests
- For safety and relaxation purposes, no children or extra guests are permitted during appointments unless approved in advance.
Right to Refuse Service
- My Dream Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking an appointment with My Dream Lashes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
